K-Pop Demon Hunters: Netflix’s Must-Watch Sing-Along Version is Here

Netflix has officially released the sing-along version of its animated sensation “KPop Demon Hunters,” and fans can stream it globally today!

This wildly popular film has taken the world by storm, and it’s easy to see why. Featuring an electrifying mix of K-pop music, action, and heartfelt storytelling, the movie follows Rumi (Arden Cho), Mira (May Hong), and Zoey (Ji-young Yoo), three pop stars in the group Huntr/x, who double as demon hunters. Their biggest challenge arises when a demonic rival (Lee Byung-hun) forms a K-pop boy band to steal the souls of their fans, pushing the trio to fight for their fans, their friendship, and their future.

Since its premiere on June 20, “KPop Demon Hunters” has smashed records, becoming Netflix’s most-watched animated film ever and climbing towards becoming its most-watched film overall. Its infectious soundtrack has been just as dominant, holding the No. 2 spot on the Billboard 200 and racking up over 3 billion global streams. Most importantly, its the most played in our family car, and that’s ok because the music is actually pretty good. This “Soda Pop” song is an ear-worm!

Even with a limited two-day cinema release, the sing-along edition pulled in an impressive $18 million at the U.S. box office.
