Floodwaters have hampered emergency services’ response to a serious motorcycle crash in the Burdekin.
Ayr Ravenswood Road is one of a dozen local roads still cut off by floodwaters in North Queensland.
The rescue helicopter was called to the crash at Mulgrave yesterday around 3.20pm.

A rider suffered significant leg injuries and has been flown to Townsville University Hospital in a stable condition.
