A man accused of damaging multiple cars at Vincent has been charged.
Police will allege a 21-year-old Mount Louisa man was walking through the Vincent Shopping Centre car park on Fulham Road damaging parked cars with a metal bar on Tuesday.
A member of the public challenged him, but he fled and was arrested nearby a short time later.

The man was charged with one count of wilful damage and is due to appear in Townsville Magistrates Court on October 31.
Investigators believe other vehicles may have been damaged.
Anyone who was parked in the Vincent shopping centre car park between 3.30pm and 4.15pm Tuesday and found their car had been damaged, is urged to contact police.
