A man has been charged over a disturbing incident at Kirwan.
The 19-year-old is accused of threatening a group of people and exposing his genitals on Silky Oaks Street on Monday morning.
Upon police arrival, witnesses identified the man and officers located him at a nearby residence.

The man was arrested and charged with public nuisance and wilful exposure.
He is expected to appear in the Townsville Magistrates Court on November 28.
