Investigations are underway following the death of a man at Railway Estate this morning.
Police were called to a property at Eleventh Avenue around 4.50am after reports a man had been stabbed.
A man in his 30s was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after authorities arrived.

A crime scene has been declared and police are investigating.
