More than a third of people enrolled to vote in Herbert and around 40 percent of people in the Dawson electorate have already decided who they want to win tomorrow’s federal election.
Pre-polling booths across the region have been busy in the lead up to the election as several candidates continue to campaign.
Early voting centres are open again today from 8:30am to 6pm.

But if you’re leaving it until tomorrow you’ll be able to cast your vote at most schools as well as Magnetic Island Bowls Club.
Booths will operate between 8am and 6pm tomorrow.
