A person has died after a house fire at a Hermit Park address overnight.
Around 11.15pm last night, police were notified of a house fire on Clayton Street.
Three other people, two men in their 40s and a woman in her 50s, were transported to Townsville University Hospital in stable conditions.

Firefighters extinguished the blaze and found a body, believed to be a man who was residing at the house.
The cause of the fire is yet to be determined and a crime scene has been declared.
Investigations are ongoing.
