New data from Tourism Research Australia released in the last week reveals the state is smashing its international tourism record – raking in $6.3 billion.
Tourism Minister Andrew Powell says locals are set to benefit, with small businesses getting back on their feet after a tough start to the year., with the state government set to invest $446 million over the next four year into events, air routes, and eco-tourism as part of is Destination 2045 plan.
